Quotes & orders

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Orders begin upon written approval of quote and proof and receipt of required payment.
• Changes after approval may affect cost and turnaround.

Files & proofs

• You are responsible for content accuracy. We preflight files and may notify you of issues.
• Color may vary between devices and substrates. Contract color matching requires a printed proof.
• We retain production files for a limited period for reorders unless you request deletion.

Payment & taxes

• We accept standard US payment methods. Deposits may be required.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless specified.

Turnaround & delivery

• Turnaround estimates start after proof approval and payment.
• We are not liable for carrier delays once goods are shipped.

Errors & liability

• If we are at fault, we will reprint or refund the affected portion at our discretion.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Intellectual property

All Site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

Prohibited uses
